It’s time again to take another deep dive into the sulci and gyri of our most enigmatic organ. This follows on my first brain series titled 10 fascinating books about the brain…written by those who know it best. Again, I was spoilt for choice judging by the quality and volume of books that brain experts are churning out, all worthy works. The decision about which books to include here was therefore very difficult, and it has made it almost inevitable that there will be a third series of brain expert books. And besides, there are also countless excellent books about the brain written by non-experts.
